If you have been taking note of reviews and articles online then you have probably noticed that I have written a lot of posts about decorative mirrors. I have spent time sharing about how to correctly place them around the house and how to use them to lighten up and add some sense of space. Having said that let me continue sharing more of some of my tips and tricks.
I will quickly provide and overview about these decorative items so you can get up and going with using them around your home.
Mirrors are typically used to check yourself out before you go out to face the world i.e. the way you are dressed, made up or anything in between.
However, the most widely discussed benefit of using decorative ones is their ability to create an illusion of space in the room – especially to smaller rooms. It is also know to increase natural lighting if properly placed.
There are a number of options to choose your decorative mirror from. For example, you can go for a oversized, Venetian, handcrafted, wall, metal, antique, wrought and mylar mirror full length to name only a few.
For those people who have small houses this is practically an easy way to living “large” as you widen the size of your house without laying another brick. Let me just mention that while this has all the advantages it does, however, come with some draw backs. For example, you ca have kids and visitors rubbing their heads against the mirrors and causing them to become cloudy and “uncleanable”. Simply find a mirrored tile that comes with a design overlay and the problem will be solved.
Another option is to have decorative bathroom mirrors on a mantle or just add a mirror tile highlights along some parts of the wall.
Do not work yourself too hard trying to come up with the best look with your deco mirrors. Just do the best you can and it will all come together some how. If you want some ideas on what to do exactly use search engine to find other great resources online

This unassuming waterfall can be found in the southeastern part of Minneapolis. Keep in mind that Minnehaha Falls isn’t the only thing there worth photographing. Gay men and women make up an important part of the traveling population. The most popular destinations for gay travelers seem to be in those regions where the local population is more tolerant and accepting of homosexuals. Consequently, Europe, Canada and some parts of Southeast Asia get most of the attention. Latin America get relatively little attention. However, both Brazil and Costa Rica offer gay travel opportunities that are worth exploring.
Brazil is a country of much contrast; it is the largest country in South America, and shares borders with every other country on this continent except Ecuador and Chile. A gay holiday in Brazil is as popular as straight travel to Brazil and many travel partners are available online to assist you with travel arrangements or tours.
This country of many contrasts brings to mind marvelous images of Sugar Loaf, Rio de Janeiro, beaches, mountains, cities, slums, statues of Christ, the Amazon jungle, Carnival and more. If you should happen to choose it as a vacation destination try not to miss a trip to the borders of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay, because this is where you will find Faz de Iguazu.
A visit to Faz da Iguazu, is vital for the nature lover, and Carnival time in Rio as well as the rest of the country is imperative. But bear in mind, during Carnival it is much more expensive as well as one of the hottest times of the year. They have a fantastic tourism infrastructure but because of the contrast of wealth to poverty, crime is rife in big cities, this is why a tour is an ideal option.
If you have the opportunity to travel to this wonderful country, the best time to go is for carnival, if you are looking for a spectacular time. Two things you have to consider however is, when Carnival takes place it is the hottest time of the year in Brazil and it is also the most expensive.
From a personal point of view, Rio is the absolute best place to visit, as is any place in the Amazon, Natal, Bahia and Recife. Only visit Brasilia if you have an interest in Architecture, and try to spend as little time as possible in Sao Paulo. The small coastal town of Parati is like a living museum with its pedestrian cobble-stone streets, and if you enjoy adventure, it is quite an adventure just getting to Parati.
A bus trip to the famous town of Parati, is a real adventure, getting there is part of the fun, and this is the case with many of the best spots in Brazil. And if you are visiting the south, head for Santa Caterina and Praia do Pinho, this beach is the first official nudist beach.
